Sofia woke up from her nap and the first thing she said was, "this wasn't the mask I was supposing." Then she went back to sleep.

Sofia said, "I'm going to marry Christmas. Christmas will be very handsome and I will be pretty." "Yes, "I said, "May you have a happy little new year."

Colors

Just got to the part of "the giver" when Jonas discovers color red, and how beautiful it is. And it gave a deepened significance to Sofia saying that she was grateful for "colors" this morning.

Sofia says, "Dada, snapping is clapping with one hand," answering, unwittingly, the zen koan, "What is the sound of one hand clapping?"

to tell me that she did it. Did what?
