"Uh, hmm. Maybe if you give in to your desires and eat fancy cupcakes, then you won't be able to separate the authentic ocean from the theme park version?"

"No! It means if the wind could sway hard why not break off one of the tree branches."

Right. Grief. Good grief. Bad grief. It all seems to much to bear. "Something time cannot erase" playing on the radio as I sit in my car, charging the phone battery. Radio's been with me today. Like when we got back to the camp from the lake I told the girls since they had just eaten sugar and been in the sun, they needed a quiet 15 minutes. Cyndi Lauper came on the radio belting, "girls just want to have fun." Hmm. OK then. I can't help but think that way. Maybe that did not happen for a reason? Maybe I'm just a sucker? but either way I decided it was wiser just then to let them play. With provisos of course.
